Respondents-Appellants-Plaintiffs Licocci and Papp originally appealed from the Gibson Circuit Courts refusal to dissolve a preliminary injunction enforcing two of three restrictive covenants in their respective employment contracts with Petitioner-Appellee-Defendant Cardinal Associates, Inc..
